i have very white skin and freckles.. if i put sunblock on and lay in the sun will i tan?
I’m 16, white skin with freckles. I tried tanning before but i forgot to use sunblock so i burnt pretty bad, i was just wondering if i could lay in the sun for a while and get a tan with sunblock on? it’s SPF 45 and its the kind for babies. can i tan? and how long can i stay out for ?

Um..don’t try it. You can damage you’re skin pretty bad even with sunblock on, especially if you have very white skin. If you’re really desperate, then try a tanning salon, tanning spray-ons, lotions, or using a tanning sunblock before you hit the sun. I don’t recommend sunlight though, cause it might cause you to freckle even more

Your frekles will multiply by the thousands.
Fair skin should be covered in sunblock and spend no time sunbathing. However 15 – 20 mins walking around in the sunshine should be ok.
Don’t forget sunglasses and a hat!!
