Yeah thats what happened to me. What I did is I got a small handtowel with warm water and put it on the dot daily for about 2 weeks and it slowly goes away. I know you said not to suggest creams or whatever but Cetaphil is great for skin.
Next time, don’ pop it. Just try the handtowel trick.

For prescribed medication, you could always use that Clean and Clear product that zaps an upcoming pimple…It will also work for your single pimple. If your date starts in more than two hours than I recommend first cleansing your face with a scrub of some sort. Very gently though, or else you will irritate the pimple. Next, put your head over a pot of boiling water with a towel on your head. Let your head sit there for 15 minutes (make sure hot water is not spraying…if it is then turn down the heat) When the 15 minutes is up, go up to your room and give the pimple a very gentle push on both sides. You can use your fingers if your nails are just above where your fingers end. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE LOONG NAILS. Remember, gently push it, or else you will get a scar. After a couple of gentle pushes, you will start seeing that the pus if coming out. After pus comes out, do NOT keep on pushing. That will just make blood boil out too, and you do not wanta scar. After it is all out, if there is blood then use an Oxy maximum strength pad to dry it out, or just keep on washing it off with normal water. The chemicals in tap water will dry out the blood. If there is no blood, or after you dried it out, then you have to use this next treatment. It is an Indian acne facial cleanser. Here are the ingredients:boil papaya skin and seeds in water. when it has come to a full boil, dip a paper towel into it, fold it in half, and gently run the towel over your face, mostly at the nose. keep it on until you need to put make-up on.

Toothpaste!
I’m not kidding either. Take a glob of toothpaste (its best to use just regular, white toothpaste, but you can use any) and place it onto the zit/pimple/blackhead/whitehead and let it sit on it overnight while you sleep.
In the morning, wash it off, follow your usual routine. You will notice changes in the acne. If its not completely gone after the first night, apply again and I assure you it will be gone after 3 days.
